I was at a loss....tow ball fitted last week and picking up new ebike yesterday. I needed the bolt removed to insert plate to allow bike rack to be fitted....had no idea. So I drove around a little, saw this shop to be open, with fingers crossed I explained my dilemma. Without any hesitation, the chap grabbed this and that and hallelujah...an absolute gem, as I drove from Geelong, his act of kindness solved so many problems. Thankyou.

I've seen Gary & his team for a few services and some things on my Barina, and I refuse to go anywhere else now. They are an exceptional showcase of the level of care and commitment possible between a customer and mechanic. Very few are willing to put in the effort they do, and I appreciate not having to stress about the price too. There's no messing around at all with them, just solid work every time. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend enough, I had a traction control issue for over 2 years, all other mechanics said there was no issue and looked at me like I was a dumb female, this was the first time I have brought my car to hoppers crossing automotive and it is like I'm driving a new car, I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

gary has been my macanic for 5 yrs now hes GOOD he.l help ppl put but in saying that ppl dont take advantage or his friends wont like it. he dose what you ask him to do and more if he sees it. hes a busy man but will make time for you especially if u are struggling hes the only man thats worked on 4 of my cars and i wouldnt take em anywhere else
